Writing Without Tears

Writing Without TearsWriting without tears is not an easy thing to do, but when you are practicing, you can choose the techniques that you like best. The first step to write without tears is to take a breath of fresh air. This means taking in fresh air through your lungs and listen to what is going on around you and then just be peaceful and relaxed. When you are trying to get this down on paper, you need to have a plan or a pattern of how to proceed or the process flow will be interrupted. You will be able to start this process with a fresh mind. After that, it will all be easier. What you will be doing is forcing yourself to sit down and write without fear, letting the blank pages open up.In order to writing without tears, you will first want to sit down in a comfortable chair, open up a magazine, or any other writing and drawing material, and write whatever comes to mind. Just stay away from fear, and think about something that you like. For example, if you think about something ab out a person that you just met, you may write this, this helps you to get your thoughts moving along and makes the time go by faster. There is no real rule for this, it just depends on what you think about while you are writing and taking some deep breaths. Each of us has different things we enjoy. Try to find this and be creative and be able to get into what it is you like about a person or a thing. Write this for about a minute and if it flows, you can take it and try to make it better. If you can't think of anything you can write about, this will make it easier for you.If you cannot come up with anything for a minute or two, do not worry, you can always practice later. Take this thing that you write and take some time to sit down and analyze it. The more you do this, the better your thinking will be.When you have been able to think and write about something, it is time to actually put the paper down and show someone else. At this point, if you think about something else about the subject, you can rewrite it. Do not worry about being funny or poetic. Just try to think about it as much as possible. Also, this is the time to get a coffee, sit down with a cup of coffee and put down the papers.Writing with the door closed is a great way to write while sitting in the bathtub. All you have to do is get yourself a bath tub and place a big enough paper towel on the water so that it does not slip off of the paper. This is a great way to practice relaxation while you are practicing writing without tears.Another way to do this is to lay down some type of writing materials, preferably something in the dark that you do not mind reading it. Sit in the dark, there is nothing wrong with this, and just start to think about what you think about when you are writing and it will just work for you. One thing to note about this type of technique is that it does not have to be done in total darkness, it just has to open your mind.
