Education on issues of wellness, sympathetic rights and environmental issues within the Tonle Sap region via Educational software program is the project I turn out chosen for this assignment.

(ADB 2008) Although these new technologies are presentation growth, accessibility and affordability is still an area of concern and a qualifying factor in distributing educational software to rural communities. The educational software project I would propose would be aimed at school aged youth not attending school and poorly educated adults who have not had access to quality education.
